Google Tensor G5: specs, phone list, benchmarks and gaming performance

Google Tensor G5 is a 3.4 GHz 8-core processor using the 1x 3.4GHz ARM Cortex-X4 + 5x 2.85GHz ARM Cortex-A725 + 2x 2.4GHz Cortex-A520 architecture. The GPU is IMG DX, which supports up to 16 Gb of memory. It was announced on 08/01/2025. It is manufactured using 3 nm technology, so it has good specifications, with a TDP of 10. It has a connection speed up to 3000 Mbps, thanks to the built-in modem. Google Tensor G5 performs better than Apple A17 Pro cpu in benchmark tests, which makes it equal in performance with Samsung Exynos 2400e. Smartphones which use the chip include the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL and Google Pixel 10 Pro. You can see more details in the datasheet below.
