Blackview N6000 Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Blackview N6000 Overview
Blackview N6000 - maximum strength and functionality, minimum dimensions
Compact smartphones with full protection against dust and moisture according to IP68 standards are incredibly rare and produced rather as an exception, because it contradicts all market trends. However, there is a demand for such devices, which is what the Chinese company Blackview decided to take advantage of.
The hero of the review is unlikely to be received positively by most of the audience in terms of design. The problem lies in the huge bezels of the display, as well as the thickness of the case. The latter, fortunately, is compensated by the small size of the candy bar, and a double photo module and a side fingerprint scanner give some attractiveness to the exterior. The 4.3-inch IPS screen is hardly suitable for watching movies or long web surfing, but it's hard to find fault with it within the price category. The brightness level is quite good, the resolution of 1200 x 540 pixels is enough for the existing diagonal.
Pleasantly surprised by the technical characteristics with the compactness of the gadget. The eight cores of the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM and the Mali G57MC2 video adapter, can easily handle fast application launches, drawing the Android 13 interface, and even a lot of resource-intensive games. Another thing is that playing on the installed IPS display is not so convenient, but even Genshin Impact is functional. The heating of the rear panel is higher than that of full-size counterparts, but it is not critical either. At the same time, a 3880 mAh battery, thanks to the energy efficiency of a small screen, guarantees about 8-9 hours of active screen time from a single charge. The developer did not stint on the impressive amount of internal storage of 256GB. Expanding it with MicroSD cards, however, will not work.
There are practically no savings on the photo capabilities of the main 48- and 2-megapixel cameras. The main sensor is more than suitable for daytime photography, good detail and natural color reproduction will accompany many photos. But these same words can no longer be attributed to evening shooting, replete with noise. The generated footage lacks stabilization. There is no stereo sound, but you won’t have to complain about the volume reserve of a large mono speaker. Contactless NFC and a reasonable price, although they will not make a kind of device a hit, will certainly help it achieve worthy sales.
