Doogee Blade 10 Pro Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
DOOGEE Blade 10 Pro Overview
DOOGEE Blade 10 Pro - compact, inexpensive, protected
The Chinese company Doogee decided to start the second half of the year with a flurry of new smartphones with water protection according to IP68 standards. There are also models in the lower price segment among them. And the hero of today’s review is the most optimal option in the updated line, devoid of obvious shortcomings.
The appearance of the new product is quite good. The neat block of photomodules combines perfectly with the beautiful texture of the rear panel; the rubberized body has a reasonable thickness of 11mm, which maintains ergonomics. There is also a side fingerprint scanner and a separate headphone jack. The only things I can complain about are the wide screen frames and the outdated design of the 8-megapixel selfie camera. The 6.56-inch IPS display is frankly budget-friendly, but not as bad as it might initially seem. It has a current 90-Hz picture refresh rate, natural color reproduction, and no distortion at different angles. The only thing the IPS panel lacks is clarity at HD+ resolution and brightness, which means you'll have to look for shade on a summer day. Otherwise, image visibility is almost zero.
The technical characteristics selected are the UNISOC Tiger T606 processor, 6GB of RAM and the Mali G57MC1 video accelerator. This is the right decision by the manufacturer, because it allows the Android 14 OS not to be riddled with stutters, and most applications to launch in a matter of seconds. The gaming capabilities are modest, but you can still while away a few hours in your favorite PUBG Mobile or Call Of Duty. Resource-intensive projects like Genshin Impact are recommended for expensive devices. The 5150 mAh battery does not please with the charging power (18W), but it will help you not to remember the location of the nearest outlets for up to a couple of days. The permanent memory is allocated as much as 256GB, which can also be expanded with MicroSD cards up to 2TB.
The main 50 and 0.3 megapixel cameras will not leave the buyer without daytime photographs with good detail and without strong flaws in color rendition. Evening shots usually disappoint with noise and blur. There are no stereo speakers, but this can hardly be considered a minus in an affordable device. But there are NFC contactless payments. Thus, the device is well worth considering if you need a durable mobile assistant for little money.
