Doogee Blade 10 Energy Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Doogee Blade 10 Energy Overview
Doogee Blade 10 Energy - beautiful, autonomous, but very simple
The Chinese company Doogee continues to expand the line of inexpensive Blade smartphones with water protection according to IP68 standards. Unfortunately, over the past year, progress in devices is not as large-scale as we would like. So, the hero of today's review evokes rather mixed emotions even within the low price segment.
The appearance of the new product is quite good, if you remember its price tag. The carbon-style textures of the rear panels look expensive and attractive, and the photo module block is not far behind. But the developer's desire to reduce the cost has affected both the functionality (there is no fingerprint scanner) and the design (outdated design of the 8-megapixel selfie camera). Also, the phone, protected from dust and moisture, disappoints with excessive dimensions and the thickness of the screen frames. The installed IPS display will please you only with the smoothness of the picture at a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and serious errors in color rendering. But the HD+ resolution is not enough for the clarity of content with a diagonal of 6.56 inches, and the peak brightness of 450 nits is also low.
The UNISOC Tiger T615 processor, 4 GB of RAM and the Mali G57MC1 video adapter are standard technical specifications for the price category, suitable for an undemanding user. The Android 15 interface functions without an abundance of lags, but it will not be possible to launch many applications simultaneously due to the limited amount of RAM. You can’t dream of resource-intensive games either, but it is possible to conduct several battles in PUBG Moble. The ROM is already 128 GB, and there is a separate slot for MicroSD cards. The battery capacity is 6150 mAh, so the autonomy is not mediocre, but some opponents offer batteries of 10000 mAh+. You need to look for sockets once every couple of days. But the power of wired charging at 10 W today looks just ridiculous.
Photographic capabilities are at the most basic level. 16 and 0.3-megapixel cameras are useful for shooting documents, but even creating a more or less high-quality daytime shot in excellent lighting will require several takes. It is better not to consider other photo shoot scenarios. Of course, you will not find a balanced loud sound in the gadget. But the manufacturer still left contactless payments NFC, which favorably distinguishes the device from some competitors. However, as a result, we have an uninteresting and unoriginal gadget that does not have significant competitive advantages, although it has almost no critical shortcomings.
