It's hard to deny the experience of the Chinese company Doogee in creating smartphones protected against dust and moisture according to IP68 standards. The corporation has been delighting us with devices with increased strength and resistance to the elements for more than a decade. However, even such specialists can make offensive mistakes. So, just a few minuses in the hero of today's review reduce its chances of good sales to a minimum.

The appearance of the new product is not bad, but nothing more. The front surface is disappointing with huge display frames, and the thickness and dimensions of the monoblock are too large for normal ergonomics. But at the same time, it is difficult not to notice the variety of case colors, a beautiful camera block, a ring of LED flashes, a convenient side fingerprint scanner. But the screen is frankly disappointing. It was transferred directly from the younger models at half the price. Low HD+ resolution and low brightness are unlikely to please any buyer. But the IPS panel at least has a 90 Hz refresh rate and relatively natural color rendition.

The technical characteristics are the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 CPU with support for 5G frequencies, 8 GB of RAM and the Mali G68MC4 graphics core. The bundle has already become standard for the price category, so it will not be showered with an abundance of compliments in 2025. The chipset copes with the Android 15 interface, there is no noticeable throttling, you can try out all modern games, but with low-medium or close to them graphics presets. The battery capacity is the same as that of its predecessors (10300 mAh), which means you can easily hope for four days of active use of the phablet. The charging power has been increased to 33 W, so you need to be near the outlet noticeably less time. The permanent memory is 256 GB, if such ROM is not enough, then you can always use the slot for MicroSD cards.

It is quite possible to make a high-quality artistic photo using the main 50 and 2-megapixel sensors, but only in excellent daylight. In the evening, it will be easy to see noise, blur, and other artifacts in the photo materials. Stereo sound has bypassed the gadget, but one speaker of an increased diameter creates a loud and rich sound with an audible bass. Of course, the device also has contactless payment NFC. However, the final impression of the device is extremely mixed. For example, the poor IPS screen does not allow recommending it for purchase.
