The Chinese company Dodge does not change its habits. The manufacturer's love for artificially expanding the range by releasing additional versions of devices has not disappeared. So, the hero of today's review got rid of the Pro prefix in the name and slightly lost in functionality and performance, while completely adopting the design concept. Is such a device relevant or is it better to overpay several tens of dollars for a more technologically advanced predecessor?

The appearance of the novelty has remained unchanged, it is quite good for a phone in a low price segment. A massive block of as many as four cameras, coupled with a fingerprint scanner, noticeably transforms the exterior, as well as the gradient colors of the rear panel. Display bezels are far from minimal, but their thickness is forgivable for an inexpensive Android smartphone. The relatively low resolution of the IPS panel at 1600x720 pixels does not cause any negative. At the same time, the screen is distinguished by good values of brightness and contrast, the visibility of the image falls noticeably only in direct sunlight. Unfortunately, there is no oleophobic coating.

The technical characteristics evoke extremely mixed emotions. The Unisoc SC9863A processor is a chipset worthy for a budget gadget, which, together with the PowerVR GE8322 video chip, could cope with a huge number of resource-intensive applications, but 2GB of RAM is becoming a serious obstacle to such a result. For example, even not the most demanding games like Call Of Duty will upset you with crashes to the desktop. 32GB of ROM may now not be enough for active users of social networks like Telegram, the use of MicroSD cards partially saves the day.

The main 8-megapixel photo module is surrounded by three practically useless 2-megapixel sensors. Its photographic capabilities are limited to capturing text documents, even daytime shooting is often upset with unrealistic color rendition and smears of small objects, noise is also visible. But autonomy cannot be criticized. The 5400mAh battery is enough for two days of use with the device without any compromise. But it is impossible to use the phablet as a means for contactless payments due to the lack of NFC. Thus, the considered device is suitable for the role of a second mobile assistant for receiving messages and calls, and will also fit as a GPS navigator. For other purposes, it is worth looking at more interesting alternatives.
