Infinix GT 30 Pro Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Infinix GT 30 Pro Overview
Infinix GT 30 Pro - an unexpected joy for gamers
The Chinese company Infinix is doing everything necessary to cover an ever-increasing part of the smartphone market audience. Now the manufacturer has decided to release its first gaming phone with touch trigger keys. The new product is aimed at the mid-price segment, where it does not have many competitors. Is this a future bestseller? Let's figure it out.
The device definitely attracts attention with its futuristic design. An incredibly beautiful back panel with carbon inserts, thin screen frames with a built-in fingerprint scanner, a neat block of photo modules leave a more than pleasant impression. There is no saving on the 6.78-inch AMOLED display. It has an excellent resolution of 2720x1224 pixels for a diagonal, and a relevant 120 Hz refresh rate, and a fairly responsive touch panel, and even an oleophobic coating is present. But what really pleases is the peak brightness of as much as 4500 nits. Quite a flagship level.
The technical characteristics are a balanced Mediatek Dimensity 8350 CPU, 8/12 GB of RAM and a Mali G615MC6 video accelerator. The bundle scores almost one and a half million points in the Antutu test, which indicates its decent performance. Resource-intensive games run at medium-high graphics settings, and sometimes at maximum presets. At the same time, the frame rate is stable, lags are rare. There are no problems with autonomy either, because a 5500 mAh battery is responsible for it. Searches for the nearest sockets should be carried out once every one and a half to two days, wired charging received a power of 45W. This is far from a record, but 100% is gained in about 70-80 minutes. In addition, it is easy to find a wireless charging method, which is rare for relatively inexpensive gadgets. 256/512 GB of UFS 4.0 format is allocated to the permanent memory.
The photo capabilities of the device will already be its weakest component. The main 108-megapixel module without optical stabilization works in tandem with a simple 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, so the detail and naturalness of color rendition of the pictures are preserved in daytime photos. In addition, it is recommended to avoid not only poor lighting, but also increased dynamics of events. But there is stereo sound, and it is also rich and loud. Contactless NFC payments and support for 5G networks were not cut out in order to curb the growth of costs. Water protection is available, but only has the IP64 standard. As a result, we have a good gaming device, slightly disappointed only by the unremarkable cameras.
