Infinix Note 60 Pro Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Infinix Note 60 Pro Overview
Infinix Note 60 Pro – Originality in the Mid-Price Segment
The Chinese company Infinix is gaining increasing popularity worldwide, but it still has a long way to go to match the commercial success of giants like Xiaomi and Realme. However, the manufacturer is doing everything possible to ensure its devices are on par with their counterparts from these brands in every respect. And today's review subject does an excellent job of this, while also boasting expanded functionality.
The new device's appearance is bright, stylish, and distinctive. In addition to the attractive color options of its tempered glass and polycarbonate cases, buyers will appreciate the secondary matrix display (notifications, photo assistance, mini-apps, and much more) and thin screen bezels with a built-in fingerprint scanner. The 6.78-inch AMOLED panel has a resolution of 2644x1208 pixels, which is generally sufficient for crisp images. The 144Hz refresh rate, natural color reproduction, and enormous brightness levels won't hinder the user.
The device doesn't skimp on performance either. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, 8GB/12GB of RAM, and Adreno 810 GPU deliver around 800,000-850,000 points in AnTuTu, so you can expect decent gaming performance. For example, Genshin Impact, Fortnite, and Honkai: Star Rail run smoothly at medium-high graphics settings. However, you might encounter minor frame rate drops occasionally. The chipset's energy efficiency is excellent, which, combined with the 6,500mAh battery, results in a battery life of 10-12 hours of active screen time. Surprisingly, in addition to 90W wired charging, there's also a 30W wireless option. However, the 256GB of storage isn't exactly flagship-quality, and there's no microSD card slot.
The gadget's photography capabilities are represented by a high-quality 50-megapixel main camera with hybrid stabilization and a much simpler 8-megapixel wide-angle lens. The latter isn't expected to produce detailed shots even during the day, while the main sensor can produce noise-free images even in the evening. However, sometimes you need to take multiple shots to get a great photo. The stereo sound isn't particularly loud, but the bass is audible. There's also support for 5G networks and NFC contactless payment, but the much-loved full water resistance is missing, only the IP64 standard. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall impression. This is one of the most well-balanced options for the price.
