Lenovo Legion 3 Elite Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Lenovo Legion 3 Elite Overview
Lenovo Legion 3 Elite is a fully gaming smartphone
Legion-line of Android-smartphones from Lenovo is gaining more and more fans around the world, although global versions of devices in the series are rare. The combination of an unusual design, advanced technical characteristics and other competitive advantages favorably distinguished even phones for the Chinese market from opponents. The hero of today's review continues to improve the strengths of its predecessors, but at the same time forgets about other aspects of a successful Android device.
The appearance of the novelty came out memorable. A leather-like rear panel, eye-pleasing RGB backlighting, an original photomodule unit, and a 16-megapixelselfie camera retractable from the side face are combined into an exterior that is hard to forget. The 6.92-inch AMOLED screen is devoid of both frames and any cutouts. Four touch -sensitive trigger keys are located on the metal edging of the case, they greatly simplify the gameplay of PUBG, Call Of Duty Mobile and similar projects. Of course, the AMOLED display itself deserves only praise. It is problematic to imagine something better in terms of smoothness of the picture (refresh rate at 144Hz), its clarity ( FullHD + resolution) and brightness. The installed under-screen fingerprint sensor also does not cause any complaints due to its excellent accuracy.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon8Gen1 CPU and Adreno 730 GPU are the standard for current flagships, but they have not yet been seen anywhere along with 18GB of RAM and an active cooling system from two coolers . As a result, we get significantly more than a million points in the Antutu benchmark, as well as the almost complete absence of throttling. An energy-efficient top-end chipset cannot be counted, but the manufacturer managed to avoid problems with autonomy. A pair of batteries with a total capacity of 5600mAh and charges quickly (charging with a power of 68W ), and organizes a confident one and a half day of interaction with a mobile assistant. 512GB UFS3.1ROM and a separate 128GB SSD drive provide excellent internal storage that will be enough for 99% of Android users.
But it was not without obvious shortcomings. 64- and 13-megapixel cameras produce photos, the detail and color reproduction of which are more typical of representatives of the middle price segment. Due to the lack of optical stabilization and inexpensive lenses, evening shots are disappointing with noise and blurry objects. But the sound of the device is great, because four loud speakers are responsible for it. NFC contactless payments, updated Android 12, support for 5G networks , well-developed vibration feedback and a good price emphasize the relevance of the gadget, the main disadvantage of which will be only the main cameras.
