Motorola Edge 30 Lite Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Motorola Edge 30 Lite Overview
Motorola Edge 30 Lite is a simplified but up-to-date smartphone
Motorola's desire to create balanced products without obvious flaws deserves respect. So, even the junior model of the manufacturer's flagship line turned out to be extremely competitive and stylish, which makes it stand out among even the most popular opponents.
The novelty definitely attracts with its design. The mesh texture of the rear glass panel, the placement of the fingerprint scanner in the corporate logo, the beautiful block of two cameras and the modest display bezels with the compact dimensions of the case give the exterior originality and relevance. The 6.28-inch AMOLED screen is endowed with FullHD + resolution and, as a result, excellent image clarity. The brightness margin did not disappoint either, because it is comfortable to work with the device even in the scorching summer sun. Other advantages of the AMOLED panel will be a 120-Hz refresh rate and a good oleophobic coating.
Technical characteristics are not bad, but against the background of other parameters, they will be the weak point of the Android phone. The performance of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 CPU, 6GB/8GB of RAM, and the Adreno 619 graphics adapter is more than enough to run Android 12 responsively, but the gaming capabilities of the chipset are anything but top-notch. If undemanding projects like PUBG have excellent framerate at any graphics settings, Genshin Impact will require low-medium presets for comfortable gameplay. The autonomy of the device is not bad, even with a small battery of 4020mAh, because the processor and the AMOLED display are very energy efficient. You will have to remember that the battery has a 30W fast charge once every one and a half days. The internal storage is allocated 128/256GB.
64- and 13-megapixel cameras are better than those of rivals due to the presence of optical stabilization. If daytime shots in terms of detail and color reproduction just match the price segment, but evening shots are noticeably clearer and more saturated. Less artifacts and recorded in 4K resolution videos. Stereo sound is present, but it is uneven, the lower speaker sounds noticeably louder. But it is necessary to praise the device for NFC contactless payment, support for 5G networks, a high-quality 32-megapixel selfie camera, and a low price tag. Thus, the considered gadget is a great way to save money, but at the same time get a wonderful mobile assistant.
