Oppo A93 Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Oppo A93 Overview
Oppo A93 - Gray mouse?
Modern smartphones of the middle price segment have become so functional, productive and beautiful that sometimes you think about the need for flagships. However, if some manufacturers are actively developing the category of inexpensive phones, others simply release models to expand the range, without much thinking about the relevance of the product against the background of the decisions of their opponents. Unfortunately, the hero of today's review in many respects belongs to such devices.
The design of the novelty is one of its greatest strengths. Interesting and varied body colors, newfangled design of four cameras, a high-quality dual front 16-megapixel photomodule in the upper left corner of the AMOLED screen look very stylish. It is a pity that the tactile sensations deteriorate due to the use of plastic, and it is better to wear the phablet in a case to avoid scratches and chips. The 6.43-inchAMOLED display is hard to criticize. It has decent contrast and brightness parameters, high resolution at 2400x1080 pixels. Only the standard refresh rate of 60 hertz is capable of upsetting.
The technical characteristics are not amazing. Of course, the MediatekHelioP95 processor , 8GB ofRAM and the PowerVR GE9446 video accelerator cope with both the AndroidQ interface and numerous resource-intensive Android games, but in the same gaming applications, graphics settings must sometimes be limited to even low-medium presets for smooth gameplay. But 128GB ofROM can be expanded with microSD cards , for which a separate slot is reserved.
The main 48-, 8- and 2-megapixel cameras are topped by a completely non-flagship Samsung GM1 sensor, which is reflected in the amount of noise during evening shooting. But daytime frames are good for the modules in terms of detail and white balance. The battery capacity is 4025mAh , so you won't have to think about recharging for a day and a half or two. And you don't need to stand at the outlet for a long time thanks to the fast charging at 30W. NFC contactless payments (not in the Indian version) and the proprietary ColorOS shell are additional incentives to buy a gadget, but the abundance of competitors, a number of unpleasant flaws and an overpriced price do not allow recommending the device for a mandatory purchase.
