Oppo K13 Turbo Pro Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Oppo K13 Turbo Pro Overview
Oppo K13 Turbo Pro - a competitive solution
Although the Chinese company Oppo lags behind the market leaders in popularity, it is still trying to catch up by releasing technologically advanced and balanced phones in all price segments. The hero of today's review is aimed at ordinary buyers with a limited budget, and gamers, and fans of long-playing smartphones.
The appearance of the new product is beautiful, although not without some nuances. So, the monoblock is entirely made of plastic, which will upset fans of metal and tempered glass, but at the same time the quality of the material is high, the colors of the cases are varied and memorable, and the block of photo modules turned out to be interesting. The fingerprint scanner is hidden inside the frameless 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2800x1280 pixels. It is difficult to express any complaints about the reproduced picture. It is detailed, smooth (refresh rate of 120 Hz), and not deprived of correct color rendering. And the peak brightness of more than 1600 nits guarantees comfortable work with the mobile assistant on a summer day.
The technical characteristics include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, 12/16 GB of RAM and the Adreno 825 video core, which can only be assessed positively. The bundle goes over two million points in the AnTuTu test and provides virtually flagship performance. Any gaming applications are launched at maximum graphics presets, while the developer managed to almost completely get rid of throttling thanks to the active cooling system. A huge 7000 mAh battery allows you to play for hours on end, with which you can count on a couple of days of using the gadget. Although wireless charging was left for flagships, its wired counterpart has been brought to a power of 80 W. ROM is allocated 256/512 GB, there is no slot for MicroSD cards, but there is little need for it.
The photo capabilities of the Pro version are better than those of the original. If the auxiliary 2-megapixel module can still not be considered seriously, then the 50-megapixel main sensor has acquired optical stabilization and is now useful even for evening shooting. Photo detail is at a high level, there is little noise, the shots are quite suitable for social networks. But with stereo sound, things did not work out again, but one speaker is loud, with a uniform frequency response. IR port, contactless payments NFC, 5G support add to the list of advantages, but do not eliminate the lack of FDD-LTE B7. Yes, there is no global version of the device yet. And perhaps this is the only obstacle to the device's success.
