OUKITEL C25 Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Oukitel C25 Overview
Oukitel C25 - a smartphone with great potential
The Chinese company Aukitel is no longer as noticeable as it was several years ago. Android smartphones in the middle price segment are usually inferior in technical characteristics and price, while devices in the lower cost category often come out too monotonous and uninteresting. However, it seems that sometimes pleasant exceptions like the hero of today's review sneak into the assortment of the corporation.
It is difficult to criticize the appearance of the device if you remember its price tag. The original combination of a camera unit and a fingerprint sensor, nice colors of the back panels and reasonable screen frames distinguish the device from its opponents. Of course, it was not without the cheap plastic of the case, but such an omission is standard for inexpensive Android devices. But the 6.52-inchOGS-display has more complaints. So, the resolution of 1600x720 pixels is not enough for the clarity of small fonts, even if the IPS panel is not bad in terms of brightness and contrast parameters.
The UnisocTigerT310 processor is a very rare but promising option for budget gadgets. The chipset, coupled with 4GB ofRAM and a PowerVR GT7200 video adapter, copes with the Android 11 interface and even positions itself as a basic gaming solution. Of course, the most resource-intensive games like Genshin Impact will slow down even with minimal graphics settings, but comfortable gameplay in PUBG or Call Of Duty Mobile is quite real. The energy efficiency of the CPU does not upset either, which, together with a 5000 mAh battery, gives about a day and a half of the operation of the mobile assistant. Only a modest amount of internal memory of 32GB is disappointing , but it can be expanded with microSD cards.
It is not easy to create masterpieces using the main 13- (Sony IMX135) and 2-megapixel (portrait lens and macromodule) sensors, but for the most part daytime shots will be good in terms of detail and natural color reproduction. Autofocus is present, but its performance is mediocre. Problems are especially noticeable when lighting deteriorates. There are no contactless NFC payments, which is upsetting. However, in the end, an impressive number of competitive advantages turn the phablet into a potential hit.
