Realme 11 4G Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Realme 11 4G Overview
Realme 11 4G - nondescript novelty
The Chinese company Realme knows how to surprise, including in a good way. However, with the growth of popularity, the corporation is increasingly releasing models exclusively to fill the range. So, the hero of today's review is not much different from dozens of the same representatives of the middle price category. Finding a buyer for him will be very difficult.
The appearance of the gadget is not bad, although it has flaws. These include inexpensive glossy plastic housing, and a wide lower display frame. As advantages, we will write down successful color solutions of monoblocks, a modern block of photomodules, a side fingerprint scanner. The 6.4-inch AMOLED screen is noticeably superior to IPS-analogues in terms of brightness, it has no problems with picture clarity (FullHD + resolution), and with its smoothness at a 90-Hz refresh rate. Oleophobic coating, although there is, but very weak. But the color reproduction of the AMOLED display is quite correct.
But the technical characteristics are rather frustrating. The MediaTek Helio G99 processor has already managed to find its place in hundreds of phones in the value segment and has begun to gradually become obsolete. It does not support 5G, even with 8GB of RAM the chipset can no longer cope with really resource-intensive games. For example, Fortnite and Honkai: Star Rail lack truly smooth gameplay even at low graphics presets. On the other hand, in everyday work, the CPU shows itself perfectly. Launching applications without visible delays, the absence of lags in the Android 13 interface are complemented by decent energy efficiency. The 5000mAh battery therefore provides up to one and a half days of active use of the phablet. Surprisingly, the battery charging power has been increased to 67W. This is an impressive competitive advantage. There are no questions about the amount of permanent memory, which amounted to 128GB with a slot for microSD cards.
The main 108- and 2-megapixel cameras are deprived of optical stabilization, the main sensor from Samsung is not characterized by a large pixel size. As a result, daytime photos will turn out to be detailed, natural and pleasing to the eye, but evening shots will contain noise, blur and color errors. There is no stereo sound, one speaker will not let you miss calls and notifications, but you won’t be able to listen to music with pleasure. NFC contactless payments are present, there is also an excellent optimization of the RealmeUI proprietary shell. However, even the presence of a number of advantages is not able to justify the price tag of the device and stagnation in terms of performance and photo capabilities.
