Realme 13 4G Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Realme 13 4G Overview
Realme 13 4G - when only performance is missing
Creating an inexpensive best-selling smartphone is a task that only a small number of manufacturers can handle. It is too difficult today to please a sophisticated audience and at the same time maintain a reasonable cost price against the backdrop of rising prices for components. The Chinese company Realme was able to cope with it, although there was a hitch with the technical characteristics.
The appearance of the new product is magnificent for the price segment. A charming round block of photo modules, a back panel stylized as leather, thin display frames with a built-in fingerprint sensor make the phablet look much more expensive than its real price tag. There is no saving on the quality of the 6.7-inch AMOLED panel. The FullHD+ resolution with the diagonal chosen by the developer allows you to achieve good picture clarity, there is also an image refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a high peak brightness of 2000 nits, and even an oleophobic coating, although not very effective.
But the power of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor, 8 GB of RAM and the Adreno 610 video accelerator is not enough for a truly responsive operation of the Android 14 interface (RealmeUI shell). Sometimes there are delays in launching applications, lags when scrolling through desktops. Gaming capabilities cannot be considered wide. Resource-intensive games like Genshin Impact have an unstable frame rate with any graphic presets, you can comfortably play only not very demanding PUBG, Call Of Duty Mobile. But everything is fine with autonomy. The 5000mAh battery provides about 8-9 hours of active screen time, and the battery also has a decent fast charge with a power of 67W. The permanent memory is 128/256GB, which can be expanded with MicroSD cards.
The photographic capabilities are also pleasantly pleasing. The auxiliary 2-megapixel sensor is installed rather for beauty, but the 50-megapixel Sony LYT600 module with hybrid stabilization is noticeably superior to most analogues. The detailing of even evening photos and videos is excellent, and there is not much noise in such photos. There is no stereo sound, but there is an audio jack for wired headphones. Music lovers will be pleased. Also, contactless payments NFC are not forgotten. As a result, the device will not appeal only to avid gamers. Other users of the gadget are definitely recommended for purchase.
