Realme C33 Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Realme C33 Overview
Realme C33 - even more affordable and functional
The Chinese company Realme is increasing its focus on low-end smartphones in its product range. The appearance of inexpensive but high-quality processors and photosensors allowed a talented manufacturer to create a potential bestseller in the form of the hero of today's review.
The appearance of the novelty came out more than beautiful, if you remember the price tag of the phablet. A side fingerprint scanner, a dual photomodule, stylish body colors and even relatively small display frames make the device more interesting than most opponents in terms of exterior. The 6.5-inch IPS screen has a number of advantages and disadvantages. The former can easily be attributed to realistic color reproduction and a good margin of brightness, to the latter - low HD + resolution and the absence of an increased picture refresh rate. However, 99% of Android smartphone competitors are also deprived of the last parameter.
I am pleased with the developer's approach to technical characteristics. UNISOC Tiger T618 CPU, 3GB/4GB of RAM and Mali G52MC2 video adapter, although they don’t turn the gadget into a gaming flagship, they help you not to notice even the slightest jamming in Android 12 OS. In addition, spend a dozen battles in World Of Tanks Blitz or Call Of Duty it will work even on medium-high graphic presets. But the more resource-intensive Genshin Impact cannot be called playable even at the minimum graphics settings. The chipset is quite energy efficient, so you only have to think about recharging the 5000mAh battery once every couple of days. Fast charging power was a decent 18W. As for the size of the internal storage, the built-in 64/128GB ROM can be expanded with MicroSD cards.
The photo capabilities of the 50- and 2-megapixel main photomodules do not seem mediocre either. Samsung JN1 copes with daytime photography, carefully transferring the details of objects into photos. Of course, the worse the lighting and the higher the dynamics of events, the greater the number of blurs and noises will be on the resulting frame. To reduce the cost, stereo speakers and NFC contactless payments were removed from the device, but I don’t want to consider such simplifications as minuses in the cost category under consideration. As a result, an Android smartphone will please with a combination of performance, autonomy and functionality, for which it will definitely receive excellent sales.
