Realme GT Master Edition Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Realme GT Master Edition Overview
Realme GT Master Edition - competent simplifications
The Chinese company Realmi decided to mobilize all its forces to fight numerous opponents in the middle and high price segments. So, the corporation in a relatively short time has developed a flagship GT-line, striking with a modest price, excellent performance and wide functionality. The hero of today's review should make the ratio of these parameters even more interesting.
The appearance of the novelty tries to be original against the background of monotonous competitors. The uneven texture of the rear glass panel makes a remarkable impression, which is enhanced by the bezel-less display and the neat design of the three main cameras. A 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a built-in fingerprint scanner is extremely good for a device with such a democratic price tag. At a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, the image clarity remains excellent, the direct rays of the sun are not able to completely suppress the huge margin of brightness, and the increased hertz frequency ( 120Hz ) makes the reproduced content smoother and, as a result, pleasing to the eye.
The manufacturer's choice of specifications seems very logical. The latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, 6GB / 8GB of RAM and the Adreno 642L graphics adapter are distinguished by minimal heating even during long gaming sessions, and do not upset with energy efficiency. But more importantly, even resource-intensive games like Genshin Impact lend themselves to the chipset quite easily at high graphics settings. Even a 4300mAh battery, which is not the most capacious at first glance, provides one and a half to two days of confident operation of the gadget. With fast charging at 65W, you only have to stay at the outlet for half an hour. Of course, an Android smartphone is not without an impressive amount of internal storage, equal to 128 / 256GB of UFS 3.1 format ROM.
Perhaps the weak point was the photographic capabilities, but this fact is noticeable only when comparing the device with full-fledged camera phones. 64-, 8- and 2-megapixel sensors, led by the Omnivision OV64B, handle daytime shots well, leaving them with fine details and no noise. Evening photos can also be captured with a certain skill, but noise reduction functions worse, and the color rendition is not always realistic. Support for 5G networks, RealmeUI 2.0 shell based on Android 11 and NFC contactless payment will be other reasons for buying a brilliant device.
