Ulefone Armor X32 Pro Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Ulefone Armor X32 Pro Overview
Ulefone Armor X32 Pro - plain on the outside, great on the inside
The Chinese company Ulefone continues to delight its fans with a stream of new products for every taste and budget. Thus, the middle price segment of phones with water protection according to IP68 standards, or rather its lower half, is replenished with the second gadget in the last month. And it is aimed at fans of relatively compact mobile assistants with balanced technical characteristics. It is a pity that the design did not work out in the best way.
The appearance of the device is not particularly attractive. And here it is not only the excessive dimensions of the rubberized case, but also the huge frames of the 5.65-inch display with an outdated aspect ratio of 18: 9, a 16-megapixel selfie camera outside the screen. The side fingerprint scanner, stylish colors of the rear panels and the modern design of the cameras are trying to save the situation, but they only partially succeed. The mentioned IPS-screen disappoints with a brightness reserve of 500 nits. Direct sunlight will be a serious obstacle to normal operation of the device. The clarity of the image is not bad, the resolution of 1440x720 pixels is optimal for the diagonal used. It is also hard to find fault with the color rendering, there is also an increased image refresh rate of 90 Hz.
The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor cannot be considered new, but its relevance for inexpensive devices is undeniable even in 2025. Together with 8 GB of RAM and the Mali G57-MC2 video core, it scores almost 400,000 points in AnTuTu. Such a result means only rare small lags in the Android 14 interface, as well as the successful launch of resource-intensive games at low-medium graphics settings. Autonomy for the class is not a record, but good beyond its limits. The 5500mAh battery lasts for 9-10 hours of screen time. But the charger has a power of 18W, so you need to be near the outlet for quite a long time. 256 gigabytes of permanent memory are allocated, a separate slot for MicroSD cards. There will be no problems with internal storage.
The photo capabilities are not disappointing. The 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 module is still holding up well even without optical stabilization, despite its age. Daytime photos are detailed, characterized by rich color rendition, while evening shots are noticeably simpler, but do not turn into a mess of noise. The 25-megapixel monochrome night vision sensor and 2-megapixel macro camera will definitely be used less often, but they are not considered useless either. There is no stereo sound, but the only speaker copes with its duties, the sound is loud and natural. NFC contactless payments are in place, there is also 5G support. As a result, we have before us not the most beautiful, but more than functional unit, pleasing with its durability and functionality.
