The Chinese company Ulefone barely had time to jump into the departing train of technological bezelless smartphones. Most of its competitors have already created more than one such model and received excellent sales. Will the hero of today's review stand out against the backdrop of numerous alternatives?

Unfortunately, the novelty is unlikely to become a bestseller. A design does not offer anything new, innovative. A similar style concept, including small screen bezels, a fingerprint scanner on the front panel, a curved glass of the AMOLED-panel, a dual camera, we have seen repeatedly. However, it looks organic, and it's hard to make a claim to the 5,5-inches IPS-screen at 1280x720 pixels. The brightness and contrast settings are high for the average price segment, and the overall detailization of the image is at a high level.

The technical part consists of the eight-core Mediatek MT6750T processor, 4GB of RAM and the Mali T860MP2 video accelerator. The bundle copes with graphically complex games, and for the next year it will also be enough. The manufacturer did not save on the ROM volume, increasing it to 64GB. There is in the device a MicroSD-card slot, for 100 percent relieving the user from problems with a lack of memory.

High-qualitative photos are given by the rear and front 13-megapixel photo modules. Of course, it is difficult to call pictures flagship in terms of clarity and naturalness of color reproduction, but within the limits of the value category, the cameras are good. The autonomy of the gadget exceeds 7-8 hours of active screen time due to the use of a 3300 mAh battery and the economical Android Nougat. The device also supports LTE, OTG, a fast charging function. Thus, it fully meets modern standards, but this achievement is not enough to win the title of a hit. The buyer will require more from the phablet.
