Vivo X200 Pro Mini Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Vivo X200 Pro Mini Overview
Vivo X200 Pro Mini - a small sensation
It seems that it is simply impossible to surprise a modern sophisticated fan of mobile electronics. Too many high-tech and at the same time extremely balanced devices have been released over the past few years. But it seems that the Chinese company Vivo has done something incredible. What is so unusual and at the same time attractive about the hero of today's review?
The appearance of the new product is stylish, but at the same time strict and neat. Very thin display frames with a built-in fingerprint scanner, a metal edging that pleasantly cools the palm, a glass back panel with a round block of photo modules, a modest thickness of the case with moisture protection according to IP68 standards make the most positive impression. Even more surprising is the presence of a huge 5700 mAh battery in such a compact monoblock, due to which the autonomy reaches 9-10 hours of active screen time. Fast wired charging at 90W is complemented by a wireless analog at 30W. The 6.31-inch AMOLED panel is free of shortcomings. It combines the highest resolution for a diagonal of 2640x1216 pixels, flagship peak brightness of 4500 nits, smoothness of the image at a 120-Hz refresh rate. Of course, it could not do without calibrated color rendition, an effective oleophobic layer. The PWM effect is minimized.
Before us is the first gadget based on the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, working together with 12GB/16GB of RAM and the Mali Immortalis-G925 MC12 video core. The bundle scores about three million points in the AnTuTu test, so the Android 15 interface functions responsively, without the slightest lag. The same applies to the performance of all existing games at maximum graphics presets. The performance reserve is so great that throttling only manifests itself in benchmarks. The internal storage is 256/512/1024 GB of UFS 4.0 format.
The photo capabilities also correspond to the previously announced technical and other characteristics. The main 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 sensor with hybrid stabilization, a telephoto lens (3x Zoom) and a wide-angle module of the same 50 MP are not afraid of difficult shooting conditions. Remote objects, high dynamics of events, mediocre lighting will not be serious obstacles to obtaining detailed photos and videos. Stereo speakers, support for 5G networks, NFC contactless payments and an IR port for controlling household appliances add to the impressive list of advantages of the phone, but there are also disadvantages. They are connected with the absence of a global version of the unit, so you will have to get used to the lack of FDD-LTE B20, the need for manual notification settings, several untranslated applications-services for China. But such trifles do not affect the attractiveness of a truly interesting device.
