Vivo iQOO Z10 Turbo+ Review: specs and features, camera quality test, gaming benchmark, user opinions and photos
Vivo iQOO Z10 Turbo+ Overview
Vivo iQOO Z10 Turbo+ - not ideal for everyone
Releasing a best-selling smartphone is an extremely difficult task even for experienced developers. The manufacturer needs to analyze the needs and desires of users, competitors' products, and achieve the lowest cost price for a particular set of gadget qualities. The Chinese company Vivo copes with the tasks set. Thus, the audience that the hero of today's review is aimed at is visible to the naked eye. And it seems that the new product will be able to win the love of the public.
I don't want to criticize the appearance of the device. Yes, for the sake of saving, we had to sacrifice full moisture protection (only the IP65 standard), as well as case materials (mainly polycarbonate), but the thin screen frames with a built-in fingerprint scanner, beautiful colors of the monoblocks, and the current block of photo modules hide the mentioned shortcomings. The 6.78-inch AMOLED panel is generally amazing. Peak brightness of 5500 nits will allow you to view content in direct sunlight, a resolution of 2800x1260 pixels is enough for image clarity, and the flagship 144-Hz refresh rate will give it smoothness. Also, it could not do without an effective oleophobic layer, natural color rendition.
Technical specifications are the best part of the unit. The most powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor together with 12/16 GB of RAM and the Mali Immortalis-G925 MC12 video core demonstrates a crazy three million points in the AnTuTu benchmark, the performance is excellent both for rendering the Android 15 interface and for any modern games. Wreckfest, Genshin Impact, Fortnite - all resource-intensive projects function at maximum graphics presets, the frame rate exceeds 60 FPS. There is throttling, but it is not critical and does not affect the performance of applications. At the same time, the battery capacity is as much as 8000 mAh, you can easily count on a couple of days of work with a mobile assistant. There is no wireless charging, but the power of the wired analog is increased to 90 W. ROM is allocated 256/512 GB.
But the photographic capabilities are not impressive. Of course, they are higher than the basic ones, but high-quality evening shots without noise and blur will not be available with the main 50-megapixel Sony LYT600 module with hybrid stabilization and an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor. But daytime photos can be uploaded to social networks without editing. Stereo sound is loud, but not as bassy and voluminous as that of flagships. NFC contactless payments are in place, 5G networks are not gone, but FDD-LTE B7 is not, since the device is designed to operate in China. Residents of European and CIS countries will have to put up with mediocre 4G Internet. But if you need a very inexpensive gaming phone, it will be very difficult to find an alternative to the device under consideration.
