Of course, the updated smartphone line from the American company Apple couldn't do without a large, yet highly technological and expensive phablet. And although the manufacturer has long since opted for evolution rather than revolution, this should suit its loyal audience just fine.

The new model's appearance is almost identical to that of the Pro version, with the exception of its slightly smaller dimensions. The similarly sized glass and metal cases and the same stylish photo module block look excellent, and the bezels of the now 6.9-inch OLED display appear even thinner. The notch for the dual selfie camera (18-megapixel camera and FaceID infrared sensor) also doesn't look so huge. The display now has a resolution of 2868x1320 pixels, which is more than sufficient for the screen size. A peak brightness of 3000 nits eliminates visibility issues in direct sunlight, and content is flawlessly smooth thanks to a 120 Hz refresh rate and stunning software optimization. PWM is virtually eliminated, and the high-quality oleophobic coating further enhances the mobile assistant's usability.

Technical specifications include the company's flagship A19-Pro CPU and 12 GB of RAM. While the chipset's six cores don't achieve record-breaking benchmark results, they do provide lightning-fast iOS interface response to any action and extremely stable performance in all existing games at the highest graphics settings. Frame rates often exceed 100-120 FPS. Battery capacity has increased to 4823 mAh, providing up to one and a half to two days of active use. However, the charging power could be higher (wired - 40W, wireless - 25W). Storage options include 256/512/1024/2048GB.

The photography capabilities are the same as its compact sibling, but this is certainly not a drawback. The main, large 48-megapixel Sony IMX903 sensor and the excellent 48-megapixel IMX972 telephoto lens (4x optical zoom) eliminate noise and blur even in challenging shooting situations. The wide-angle lens is slightly less capable, but still delivers highly detailed shots even in the evening. Loud, immersive stereo sound, IP68 water resistance, eSIM, 5G, and NFC support round out the list of advantages of this latest bestseller from a renowned corporation.
