Google Tensor: specs, phone list, benchmarks and gaming performance
Google Tensor is a 2.8 GHz 8-core processor using the 2 x Cortex-X1 2,8GHz + 2 x Cortex-A76 2,25GHz + 4 x Cortex-A55 1,8GHz architecture. The GPU is Mali-G78 MP, which supports up to 12 Gb of memory. It was announced on 10/10/2021. It is manufactured using 5 nm technology, so it has good specifications, with a TDP of 10. It has a connection speed up to 200 Mbps, thanks to the built-in modem. Google Tensor performs better than MediaTek Dimensity 1200 cpu in benchmark tests, which makes it equal in performance with MediaTek Dimensity 7000. Smartphones which use the chip include the Google Pixel 6 Pro and Google Pixel 6. You can see more details in the datasheet below.

Antutu
Google Tensor has an Antutu benchmark score of around 719833 points, ranked higher than MediaTek Dimensity 1200 (711288) and lower than MediaTek Dimensity 7000 (743884). To test the performance of this chip and get these results, we used phones such as the Google Pixel 6 Pro with the Mali-G78 MP GPU and the Google Pixel 6. See the comparison with other cpu's in table below.
Geekbench
Google Tensor CPU has a total score of around 3726 / 1039 points on the Geekbench benchmark, which means it ranks higher than the Samsung Exynos 2100 (3723 / 1096) but lower than the Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 9000 (3785 / 1042). We used phones such as the Google Pixel 6 Pro with the Mali-G78 MP GPU and the Google Pixel 6 to test the performance of this chip and get these results. See how it compares in the table below.
3DMark
Google Tensor has a benchmark score of 6220 points on 3DMark Benchmark. It performs better than MediaTek Dimensity 8100 (6213) and worse than Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 (6255). We tested this chip in phones like the Google Pixel 6 Pro with the Mali-G78 MP GPU and the Google Pixel 6. Check out how this compares to other CPUs in the table below.
